Who it is for
Adults with natural tooth discolouration. Whitening does not change the colour of fillings, crowns or veneers.
What happens during treatment
- We check for decay and gum problems and record your starting shade.
- Gums are protected with a barrier.
- Whitening gel is applied in short cycles.
- The new shade is recorded and you receive aftercare advice.
Aftercare
- Temporary sensitivity is common for 24–48 hours.
- Avoid tea, coffee, turmeric-rich food and tobacco for 48 hours.

It varies with diet and habits; many people have touch-ups every one to two years.
