What we collect
Your name, date of birth, mobile number, optional email, optional ABHA details, medical history you share with us, dental records, X-rays, prescriptions and bills.
Why we use it
To book and manage your appointments, provide and record dental care, issue bills and meet legal record-keeping duties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Who can see it
Only clinic staff whose role requires it. Associate dentists see the patients they treat; billing and finance data is limited to the clinic owner and front desk.
How we protect it
Records are stored encrypted on secured servers. Files such as X-rays are only available through short-lived links. Every access to clinical records is logged.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask for a copy of your data, request corrections, or withdraw consent for optional uses such as email. Clinical records are retained as required by law. Write to the clinic email or ask at the front desk.
