Do I need an ABHA number to get treatment?
No. You can link your ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) if you wish, but it is never required for an appointment or treatment.
Will I get a text message after booking?
No. We do not send SMS or WhatsApp messages. Your booking reference is shown on screen and in a downloadable receipt. If you add an email address, we also email it to you.
How do I pay?
You can pay by UPI (scan the QR code on your bill), card, cash or bank transfer. You receive a GST-compliant receipt for every payment.
Is GST charged on dental treatment?
Clinical dental treatment is exempt from GST. Purely cosmetic procedures such as whitening or veneers attract 18% GST, which is shown separately on your bill.
How do I see my prescriptions and X-rays?
Open the patient portal and sign in with your booking reference or patient ID and your date of birth.
